I can't say enough good things about this company and the gentleman that came to replace our hot water heater. I woke up without hot water and saw the water heater was leaking in the garage. I shut the water off and called Alford at 7:30am. First, the lady on the phone was super helpful, answering all my questions with a pleasant tone. By 9am, the gentlemen were at my house to look at it. The entire thing needed to be replaced, but it was still under warranty. By 11am, I had a new water heater installed. Alford plumbing is a step above the rest! From moving my septic lines, marking underground utilities, replacing my toilet, checking my gas stove top and replacing my outdoor faucet! They even took the old handle off my toilet we were replacing to fix a loose one in another bathroom, with out me having to ask!!!! Much appreciated Ryle. Alford Plumbing is responsive and got to my house within a couple of hours of my call. Their guys were professional and quickly resolved my plumbing problem. The pricing was up front and very reasonable. I highly recommend Alford Plumbing.
