Today I had my twice a year heat pump cleaning and check. Everything looks good for the winter. The unit was very dirty due to the dry weather. Glad I had the cleaning and service done today. Well worth having done twice a year.
Great service, I called for service this morning and the service tech Tim Wilkerson came out this afternoon and diagnosed the problem as soon as he took the cover off the unit and fixed it right up now I got air and it’ll be nice and cool in the house and they did a super job. I would recommend Action Air to anyone who needs to have HVAC service.
Cam and his buddy were super nice. Called before arrival. Very on time. Diagnosed everything and made sure all things worked well. They were super patient to answer my a million curious questions. Love their 30-day service warranty & 1 year parts warranty as well! Super awesome!
