911 Restoration was sent in by our State Farm agent after we had a water leak in the master bathroom and water damage in master closet. Chris Alford of 911 Restoration is prompt, on time, knowledgeable regarding how to approach the task. His customer service is outstanding! He was reassuring that all the water will be cleared out and drying up process will start right away. He kept me updated on status each time.Thank you Chris for all you did , to help us out during a stressful situation!
