CRAZY good customer service. I don’t know what they are paying Jon but they need to triple it :pHe was kind, knowledgeable, patient and professional. I made several blundering mistakes. When you see one star from someone and realize it’s a principle you don’t care about, then it leaves you open to make your own assessment. Daniel was really helpful and awesome. For my deck he showed me a way to keep the same design and save more money. I would say that is a business that cares.
