Called in am and was seen same day to find unit needs a part. Unable to use upstairs due to heat til part arrived 2 days later. Came promptly day 3 and repair took2 hours and it will take another hour for it to be habitable upstairs. 4.3. score.
The two gentlemen that came were both very professional and friendly. They explained what they were doing and why. When done, they explained everything to me. Definitely appreciated them both.
As it all ways happens the A/C goes out on a 100 degree day. Custom stopped by and unfortuntly our 30 year old heating & air died. These guys ordered us a new system and installed it a few days later. Thanks guys we appreciate all yo do.
