Scott Septic was excellent!! They were prompt in taking care of us. They let us know when they were on the way, and advised us on caring for our septic system. The guys were extremely polite and courteous. We will definitely contact them next time we need our septic pumped.

Being a rookie homeowner. I didn’t understand the two-step system, so I called expecting the trying to book Scott’s septic tank service to come out. There was a young lady on the phone who was absolutely amazing.. she took the time to explain the whole septic tank system and gave me recommendations on how to move forward. She advised me that it sounds like the pump failed. I was super disappointed . To my luck she explained to me that consolidated utilities were responsible for all repairs and pump replacement.
