This is our second time to use Reynolds’s Independent Plumbing and Richard exceeded our expectations again. He is always on time, communicates well and has impeccable attention to detail. On this project he installed a gas line and hooked up our new gas stove, installed a tankless gas water heater, installed a whole house water filtration system and added two additional exterior water faucets. I highly recommend Reynolds Indpendent Plumbing for both water plumbing and gas piping. Richard installed a gas line for my fireplace and repaired a toilet with multiple issues. He showed up on time each time, he was very efficient and didn't waste time while he was here, yet he patiently answered my various questions. Richard provided a clear assessment of what the situations were, exactly what he anticipated doing to complete the jobs, and the estimated price of each. When he left, there was no evidence he was even here other than the completed work. Absolutely the best plumber we've ever had! Richard is booked out BUT he's incredibly responsive and worth the wait. 100% Professional, prompt, explains the situation, pros and cons of repair/replacing, gives you updates after each repair.
