Had a issue with a barrel maker kit barrel made by a 3rd party. Barrett fixed someone else's work for me free of charge since it was an unaddressed step with the instructions. They have since addressed the instructions on the barrel maker kit. I can not express how good their CS team is. 10/10 please have full confidence if you purchase an MRAD or another Barrett product they will take care of you 100%.

Had an issue with monopod kit with the model 99, contacted Barrett and received a return shipping label, problem fixed and returned to me in just a couple of days, outstanding service and great communication! A+ and 5 stars!

Great company. Best armorer courses I've ever taken. The modern designs are particularly nice. The factory was impressive. They hire exclusively from the local unemployment office.
