great job on my carpets.This method is the way to go-so much better than other carpet cleanings I have had. Three nice,polite young men showed up and went to work in three different areas of my house so they were done quickly. I will use Xtrax in the future and highly recommend them.

Wow- just wow, where do I begin? On Tues of last week I went down the “google recommendation list” of area rug /carpet cleaning companies & I found Xtrax! I called & Keith immediately answered… YES a REAL person! NoLong wait times and an appointment right away! I explained how I was “duped” on FB Marketplace with an area rug that was a lot worse than what the person told me when buying. After I brought it home, unrolled it, and opened it up, I was hit with that dreadful smell of HEAVY pet urine.
