“This has become our new vet. We are new to the Chattanooga area and tried several vets before choosing this one.
We had three dogs and recently had to put down our two older babies. Middle Valley was so sweet and even sent us a handwritten card for our loss.
Something I really appreciate here is the honesty. They will not have you continue to bleed money on things that aren't going to help your fur baby. They are in it for your fur babies' best interests and not making money. I truly appreciate that.

“I've been a client of Animal Clinic East for about a year now. I see Dr. Love because I have a Boxer and she does, too, so I know she knows the unique issues that come with the breed. She's been great with my boy, who's a rescue and has some problems. She's patient with him, answers questions about treatment options, and seems to be up to date on current literature and treatments, which is really important to me. The office and techs have been great, too. The only thing I don't like is the inability to see a doctor on Saturday. I ended up taking my cat to my previous vet for an emergency because they were open on a Saturday and I didn't want to go to the emergency vet who didn't know him at all. Most people work during the week and it's very inconvenient not to have vet staff on the weekends even for regular visits.“

“Dr. Toumayan is amazing!! She is so good with our cat and seems to understand him better than even we do. He is more relaxed with her than he has ever been with any other vet and having no dogs around certainly helps. When he got injured (while we were out of town) she went out of her way to work with our cat-sitters and got him on the road to recovery very quickly.
