I called to make an appointment and was told they don’t accept self paid patience. I even offered to pay full amount the time of visit and was told it was the office policy not to accept self payment. Dr. Huffman was spoke highly of and recommended by a pediatric endocrinologist for myself to see because of thyroid issues that are severe and was needing immediate attention. I was told Dr. Huffman was very knowledgeable. This upset me, all I want for myself is a knowledgeable doctor to help me through this issue and to recommend best course of action.

Dr. Huffman is by far the best endocrinologist I’ve had. He is very knowledgeable and patient. His staff is not only friendly, but professional and knowledgeable as well. I never leave a review after only one visit. I first make sure my experience depicts their standard way of doing things. I can confirm that University Diabetes and Endocrine Consultant’s standard way of doing things is far above the rest. Their research and focus on continual learning keeps them current on all things within their field. Providers and staff go above and beyond to make visits as pleasant and resourceful as possible and do an outstanding job at it!! Would highly recommend to anyone with diabetic and/or thyroid challenges!
