Mary-Catherine was a pleasure to work with. She made the entire process so easy! We had a more complicated situation as my husband was out of town and mostly everything was in his name. The process was smooth and went without a hitch. She came to the home and made suggestions for staging, something I was nervous taking on myself. Communication was incredible and I felt supported through it all. I would recommend Mary-Catherine to anybody!

We lived 509 miles from Chattanooga. Mary Catherine and her team made it simple for my wife and I. I drove into Chattanooga at 8am on a Saturday I wanted to look at 5 properties in one day. Mary Catherine coordinated will sellers to make it possible. Last house I looked at before leaving for home. I loved. Wife loved. Put an offer. Lot of back and forth being assisted by Mary Catherine and we now OWN our dream home on Lookout Mountain!
