My husband and I came to Chattanooga for a long weekend. I had researched best place for a massage and landed upon many reviews from this spa. MK and Julianna are phenomenal masseuse and skilled in their craft. I had a lot of shoulder tension and MK worked wonders! Patrick is a wonderful asset and his enthusiasm for his job is very evident. Thank you all for a fantastic afternoon. We were so relaxed, we came back to our airbnb and took a 2.5 hour nap!
I don't like massages and hate being oily, but even I admit this place was great! First, this was a gift from some friends who booked the session for us; Julianna and Laurel were our massage therapists (sorry if that's the wrong term) and they did so well that we booked another session before leaving, which says a lot as he's a hair stylist with a salon/spa in Knoxville himself. It's a wonderful site and it even convinced him to have more massages because of how great Julianna made him feel. Laurel was wonderful as well of course, and adapted quickly to how ticklish my feet are, so good on her! We're excited to see them again in August!
We didn't stay at the hotel, however we scheduled a massage and it was glorious. Patrick is very personable. His personality lit up the room. This also was the best massage I've had. The masseuse was well trained and friendly. My cares melted away. I adamantly insist you go to this spa. We ended with a complimentary belini. The excursion was exquisite.
