So thankful to have found Mary. She has taken the time to identify what is causing my issues and pain and how to fix that in a way the more typical physical therapy providers can’t. I’ve made more progress in 3 sessions with Mary than 5 weeks with regular PT.

Working with Mary is equal parts pleasurable, educational and painful (in a good way). She takes the time to assess your unique situation, explain what’s happening in your body and then take you through the exercises you need to feel better. It feels amazing and she pushes you to take your heeling seriously — and to work for it. I don’t live in Chattanooga anymore, but every time I come in town, I book as many appointments as possible. Grateful to have this resource in my life.

I had the opportunity to work with Mary Stöcker, the owner, repeatedly over the past two years. She is, in my opinion, one of the best Pilates teachers around - kind, competent and extremely knowledgeable. I only wish I lived closer so I could work with her at her new space!
