Do not visit this office. Went in with extreme pain in my neck. First visit was consultation. Waited 15-20 in a room for the “Dr”. Second visit was to assess my neck and back with x-rays. I did tell him I just had X-rays and ask to just use what I had. Was told they were probably bad quality, told SAME EXACT THING when I made the appointment by receptionist. They didn’t even ask to get a copy of said X-rays. Just the first sign it’s another way to make money off you. THIRD visit, appointment was at 2. Got there at 1:50. Dr Showalter has been my chiropractor for years. He is a true professional. His technique shows results and that's what it is all about. He genuinely wants you to get better. I would recommend him.

I was super scared to have someone crack my neck, but Dr. Showalter put me at ease and was very nice/professional. I saw him for 10 months (3 years ago) and my back/neck issues became non-existent. The staff was very friendly as well.
