Very polite and friendly, and most of all, he was very knowledgeable about the way installation of siding is suppose to be and he also very informative on the things I noticed that were done wrong by the original contractor. The siding product we looked at was the ascend and it is a very good product.
I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by Dennis Hall. He is personable, honest and friendly. He worked with me to find quality products that will meet my needs without all the extras that I don't need or want. I am eagerly awaiting installation day & will follow up then.
My experience with Southern Industries began with Dennis Hall and I am glad it did. Dennis was very informative about their products and was interested in what best suited my needs. I am not one to make in the moment decisions and must always take time to think my decisions through. He never made me feel the rushed or pressured.
