From my first call to the completion of the job, the entire company was excellent. My hot water went out Friday before a holiday weekend, and I couldn't wait until Tuesday for someone to come just to give me a quote. The Roto-Rooter team worked with me to come up with an option that allowed me to get my hot water back on Saturday. Roy was wonderful and even checked to see if there was a simpler fix that would allow me to avoid having to replace my existing water heater. I will definitely be using and recommending this business for any plumbing needs.
Kyle with Roto Rooter did a great job adding a water cutoff where the builder should have provided it to begin with. While he was here he also repaired a water leak and replaced the aging pressure reducer. He was punctual, professional and cordial. It was obvious that he was experienced and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend him.
Tony Calestini was amazing! He was thorough, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He helped fix multiple plumbing issues in a way that will also prevent future problems. Very thankful for his help!
