R3 Chattanooga has something for everyone! I like the cryo sauna but love the halo therapy since I am very sensitive to pollen. Localized cryo is great for specific areas like knees, shoulders or other joints. There are specialized services for the skin that help with the aging process. Amy is fantastic and works hard to accommodate clients.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with R3 Chattanooga. They are very accommodating when I can’t make an appointment and always accommodating to reschedule.I’ve had the I believe the facial cool sculpting done and it really works . It actually plumps your skin up and tightens it . There are other treatments as well which I’m looking forward to my next appointment in June . I’ll keep you posted !

What a way to treat yourself. Sometimes we put taking care of ourselves on the back burner, R3 makes it so much easier to take care of your body. With their whole body cryotherapy, you can be in and out extremely quick. You can come on your lunch break and still have time to eat AND go back to work feeling energized and refreshed. This is not even mentioning their other services that are amazing. I would recommend R3 to anyone. Treat yourself!
