The guys at Precise are so much more than just PRECISE. Very detail oriented and extremely easy to understand explanations for what they saw. And the Report I received online is one of the most useful tools you could ever need. Everything is laid out in different formats to make it as easy as possible to check things off your list. I would recommend Precise to anyone I know.

Mr. Joe Holland was friendly, extremely professional and fastidious in his home inspection. I had traveled 2 hours for the inspection, and he was very accommodating--letting me in to the complex, clearly explaining what he had discovered at that point, and professionally neutral about his findings. I found him to be extremely competent and trustworthy. I would use Precise inspections, and specifically, Mr. Holland, again!

Joe was very informative and explained all his findings and addressed the major issue. He was very polite and will recommend him to anyone needing an home imspector. We were very impressed with his work .
