They were supposed to put in a 4 ft metal fence and a 6 ft (12 ft long) wooden trellis in my backyard. We met in late March 2022. They finally finished the fence by October 20, 2022. I had to badger them to get it done by then. That is 8 months!!!!!!!! Absolutely NO EXCUSE for this. They don't return your calls. When they'd say they were going to show up (I'm talking about the owner here) he'd blow me off 95% of the time!!!!! He is the definition of unreliable. I tried to get other fence companies to do the job but our area is having a building boom right now. If this guy was busy he certainly could let me know that and show up when he made an appointment with me. Do...read full review
