Buyer BEWARE. This company STEALS MONEY FOR A LIVING. That IS how they make their living. These other reviews are from family (also involved in the family con business). Check Yelp and BBB reviews. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. Use ANYONE but this business. And, if someone refers you to this company, you may want to question who is referring you to these people (the criminal activity being conducted by OnSite Plumbing likely involves others outside of just OnSite's company). They are currently embroiled in lawsuits and bankruptcies in an attempt to avoid paying back stolen funds. Their criminal activities border on the stupid so there's no question they are now caught up...read full review

And, if someone refers you to this company, you may want to question who is referring you to these people (the criminal activity being conducted by OnSite Plumbing likely involves others outside of just OnSite's company - specifically a contractor referring anyone to OnSite is also likely involved). They are currently embroiled in lawsuits and bankruptcies in an attempt to avoid paying back stolen funds. Their criminal activities border on the stupid so there's no question they are now caught up but FYI, so YOU don't get caught up w/these ppl. These ppl even involve their children in their criminal actions. It's tragic. Truly tragic.
These people come out, assess (well), bid and disappear as soon as you make any deposits or buy materials. They are the most sophisticated sociopaths in the business. DO NOT USE THEM. They also have FAKE reviews on various sites that say they have done a good job. While waiting for them, these were various excuses they used during COVID: 1 family member with covid, exposure to covid, exposed to 6 people 5 of whom were hospitalized, job injury, child fell and needed surgery, supply chain delays, and more. It was not possible to verify these things, but obviously it's more than is likely. They will spend hours with you on the phone, they will give you definite times they will be there, but they will not show. It is a TOTAL SCAM!!! They keep the amount low enough so it is not worth it to hire a lawyer to recover losses. RUN!!!
