Been going here since September. A friend referred me for localized cryotherapy. Went 3 times and saw major results and by the 5th time it was all healed up. Decided to give their full body cryotherapy a shot and instantly knew this would become part of my weekly routine. I’m sleeping better, my anxiety is lower and my overall mood is better. It has even helped with my hip pain. To top it all off the employee’s are super sweet and knowledgeable.
