I am so amazed at the customer service I received. I had an initial bad experience but they sent another team out the very next day. Shandi and Madison did an AMAZING job on my house. I have requested them to be my team moving forward. They are super friendly, pay attention to every nook of your house, and leave it so clean that I don't want to mess it up. Thank you to everyone that made my second experience wonderful and make sure to do everything possible to keep Shandi and Madison happy. They make Molly Maids in Chattanooga the only place I will look.
Haley and Katelyn did a very good job in the deep cleaning process. It is good to know that I don't have to worry about cleaning the house, since my husband and I are in bad health, and I can depend on Molly Maid. Thank you, Haley and Katelyn!
Shandi and Taylor did a wonderful job on the deep clean of our home! Walls and surfaces were cleaned, floors were mopped, and the carpet was fluffed from the excellent vacuuming. We loved how the beds were made- specifically our 4 year old. All his stuffed animals were laid out so nice and he yelled "All my friends are here!" and jumped on his bed so happy. We called and requested that they continue to come back for the regular cleaning.
