Sebastion arrived late in the day, after finishing all his previous assignments. He was on his way home and his boss called with one more assignment. He got straight to business, and found the problem quickly. It was a fast fix and our AC unit was back working again.
Sebastion was very professional, and a pleasure to chat with. Metro seems to hire the most conscientious people. I’ve never met one of them that I didn’t like.
