I have been looking for a home in Tennessee for some time and was feeling frustrated with the inventory and the high prices. Mike sent me a link to this wonderful home and we were there within an hour to look at it. There were several parties looking as well, so we knew we had to work quickly to secure the deal. Mike 100% stepped up to the plate and worked with us through every detail. Although I know Mike has many clients, he made me feel like I was his only one.
