We have used Impact Facility Solutions since April of 2023 to service a 33,000 sq/ft healthcare building and have been pleased with their service and responsiveness. Craig and crew are always reaching out to make sure we're satisfied with the job they are doing and they look for ways to improve their service. After a couple bad experiences with other companies, we're glad we have found Impact.
