The professional I had was amazing. It was my first wax. At my initial appointment she recommended that I wait one more week for a better experience. I appreciated her care and concern to ensure I would have the best result possible. When I came in today she greeted me with a smile and kept me comfortable during the whole process. I get a little talkative when I'm nervous and she rolled with it naturally. She explained aftercare in detail, and what I could expect going forward.
