Jacob Newman was an awesome technician. He was very informative about options concerning our HVAC system. I was able to get same day appointment. I do recommend HEP to anyone who is looking expert advise.
I had a new hvac unit installed. John and AJ were exceptional workers. Very professional and did the job very well. Zach the electrician came and installed the surge protector. Amanda at the office was a tremendous help to me. I use HEP services quite often. I have not been disappointed with any services!!!
We were having issues with our HVAC unit and we called HEP about 2:00 p.m. They were able to send out a tech(Patrick McGraw) the same day(arrived around 4:30-5:00). Patrick diagnosed the issue immediately (clogged drain pipe) and cleared it. He was friendly, knowledgeable,and professional. He also advised ways to keep the drain clean. We got exemplary service. Thank you.
