This company has absolute top notch individuals who care about their customers. Last week, one of my neighbors was helping out with weed eating around my ditch. He had fallen in my ditch And injured himself. Daniel and another employee stopped what they were doing to see if they could help him. Then they let me know what happened. I have utilized their service for a few years now, and they feel more like friends than just an exterminator. Thank you for always helping me and for helping my elderly neighbor.
I cannot brag on GPM enough. They extensively talked me though all the products used and worked with us on some unique scheduling circumstances. They put out some rodent bait in our crawl space which I thought was unnecessary until my husband found 2 nearly dead rats outside later in the week! (So gross!) This is a cul-de-sac fully fenced neighborhood home, not in the woods. The product they use makes the rodents go outside to find water so they don't die in your house. I'm the biggest fan EVER now!!!
Back in early July I had a slick talking agent from APTIVE knock on my door and make a pitch for my business. We walked around the property and he pointed out all the issues with spider webs and wasps. GPM was lax in doing their job. So I signed up with APTIVE. They went around the house and inside the garage treating for pests. They DON'T treat for termites. But assured me that NO fire ants would survive their treatments. The next day I got a survey wanting to know how good their service and product was, I declined and said I would review after the 3 week period . They needed for their product to work.
