These folks are super sharp on German cars. The waiting room is nice with comfy leather couches and a friendly stray cat named Dennis that the shop crew adopted. They were efficient and the follow up was top grade. Let them take care of your German car.
It would be difficult to express how highly I think of the folks at Fastech. I was stranded over a weekend with car problems. I called first thing Monday morning and Miranda got me into the shop immediately and I was back on the road home in 3 hours. It was a fantastic experience, and I was surprised at how reasonable the charges were. This is the place to take your import in Chattanooga!
10/10, going on a trip this weekend and needed an oil change, did not realize they were booked out two weeks, they fit me into the schedule, was in and out in a little over an hour on a busy day. Good price, good customer service and bonus points for Dennis’s clear passion for going above and beyond. (Dennis pictured below). Will be back.
