I'd give my service with Dr. 4 stars. NOT as happy with the girls at front desk. They don't listen or follow-up. Just kinda talk over you on the phone or cut you off and put you on hold. Initial interaction when I came in wasn't the greatest. Got asked did I know the number to the pharmacy. How easy is it to find a phone number? That's your job. Also didn't appreciate the lack of communication about $35 fee until the last minute. Might chose somewhere different next time.

Epic's opticians are friendly and knowledgable, and their selection of frames is top notch compared to other local stores. Ange is an expert in finding and fitting just the right frames for your face. A true pro!

The front staff is wonderful and went above and beyond to insure i was taken care of. After my initial visit, they reached out to several ophthalmologists and were able to get me seen same day. I highly recommend.
