I took my cat Bats, a 10 week old stray who was born in my backyard and was sick as hell, and East Ridge had him back to full health in no time. You can tell they actually care about animals & aren’t one of these straight for profit places that are run like a Bel Air plastic surgery clinic you see everywhere these days. None of this “drop off only” crap, and they perform up to date & alternative treatments and give you the choice with very competitive prices. I’m only taking my best friend to these people for whatever he needs.
I had to bring my little 21-year-old Bichon in to be put to sleep. Dr Durden is the kindest veterinarian I've ever met. Everyone in the office is so kind and so compassionate I will never go anywhere else. Everyone in this office really does care.
Sarah Ann was so helpful and friendly when getting Opie scheduled! The veterinarian and assistant were extremely friendly and gentle with him, I was given additional helpful information for him aging as well. Thank you guys!
