Had Metro start the job. They came out three times and couldn't get the original problem fixed - seriously! Jacob took two trips - in between I went to Home Depot and got a decent fixture which he installed no problem at a fair price. Great service and communication. Metro claimed when we called them back they had forgotten about us - at least they were honest about their complacency. I will definitely call East Brainerd first the next time.

I have used East Brainerd Plumbing and Heating Co., Inc. for my plumbing needs at my personal home and a rental property for a number of years. Always professional, courteous and efficient. Their fees are reasonable. Dan and Ian were the two plumbers that came out today and have been out the last couple of times. Great employees and they do great work!

Wow! We are VERY pleased with this company. The plumber, Jake was professional, honest and VERY knowledgeable. He fixed our issue (outdoor underground pipe leak) and even provided preventive work to assure we don't have to revisit the same issue. Then, fixed a couple of smaller issues while he was here.
