I had somewhat of an emergency and they were able to see me quickly. Laurie, Dr. Hooper’s assistant is wonderful. She was so nice and made me feel at ease. Everyone from front office on are so professional and nice.

We are new to the area and were referred to Dr Crow by an acquaintance/patient. Everything about our experience with East Brainerd dentistry has been excellent. The staff is very responsive to the phone and very helpful and cooperative regarding scheduling. When they say they operate a cancellation list they actually do. Two of us received prompt offers of cancellations to move our appointment up more than 30 days. Upon arrival at the office all of the staff members were pleasant friendly and competent.
