I had the pleasure of experiencing Shawn's workmanship in action twice. The first occasion as an inspector of my home for a client. He was so thorough that it left an impression on me and I sought him out for inspection of a home I was purchasing. And I would do it again!I would like to note....no matter how big or small the home....the same care and professional inspection was applied. From beginning to end or top to bottom , Shawn walked through each step and took the time to explain any issue and even positive factors of the home I was to purchase. Shawn with Chattanooga Home Inspector was fantastic! He spent over three hours exploring the home I am purchasing and gave me all the problems, potential issues and quirks that he found in the house. Super friendly and wonderfully capable, I highly recommend him for your home inspecting needs!
