Joe has serviced two units for me in last 3 weeks. He shows up when promised and contacts you when he is on his way. He guided me to replace a unit which was going to be costly to fix. He recently replaced the drain pump on my LG front loader. Joe knows his stuff, is an honest technician and has great customer service. I highly recommend Joe to everyone and definitely do not use the others around town as they are inflated because they don’t know what they are doing and have horrible customer service. You will get better care and better service with Joe and he works fast! Everyone needs an appliance technician you can trust and Joe is your person.

Would highly recommend for any appliance repair. From initial contact through the actual repair process I was very impressed. This company is great! Joe was communicative, fast, and effective in the repairs needed. The office staff was clear and helpful. The price was very fair and worth the expertise and assistance. I will absolutely use Chattanooga Appliance Doctor again and highly recommend them to folks in the neighborhood!
