Cleveland Utilities notified me of a huge increase in my water usage and we all know what that means. Ugh.Since I'm relatively new to the area, I called my nephew and he recommended Chase, and boy was I glad he did. They were extremely professional and understanding and made an appointment for me the very next day. Demetrius showed up the next day and within minutes found where the leak was coming from and got busy fixing it right away. He explained everything to me as he was working so I would know what the problem was and exactly what he was doing to fix it. I had a broken kitchen faucet and called my warranty company and they scheduled Chase to respond. The plumber arrived promptly and was extremely courteous and friendly. He finished the job quickly and did a great job and did not leave a mess behind. He should be commended as well as the company. I will recommend them to anybody. Great job by Chase Services
