Very nice people there but not the best service this time around they lost a pair of pants the week before an event and then once we found the pants and they cleaned them again I couldn't find my dress shirt that had been reclaimed separately.

My wife had a white coat that was turned in on Tuesday and suppose to be cleaned by Thursday. Went by Fri to pick it up and it was not ready. We were leaving town on Sunday and my wife needed her coat. Chris McWayne on her on time tracked down the issue at the main office. She personally on her own time went to get the coat and brought it back to E. Brainerd shop for pickup by my wife. This was way above the call of duty, and we really appreciated Chris' can do attitude to get the job done.
