My wife and I contracted Collum Boyd to do a home inspection on a house which we plan to buy. We also included the sewer camera inspection and a Radon test. The inspections were scheduled for the day after we contacted him. We received the inspection reports (excluding the Radon test which requires 48 hours) the evening that the inspection was done. For each, the whole house inspection and the sewer inspection, two reports were generated. One was the results of the complete test. The second was a condensed version of the complete test report indicating only those items which need attention. Cullom did our home inspection yesterday. His work was phenomenal and is very thorough and informative. Thanks to him we now have a list of items needing be fixed from the seller. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know. He truly is 10/10 ?
Collum was recommended to me by my realtor and we are so thankful he was.He placed us on his schedule quickly and done an amazing job with his inspection. He was very thorough and the report was detailed.He called right after he completed the inspection to discuss his findings and to answer any questions we had.We also recieved the report THE SAME DAY!I'm very thankful for Collum and his amazing job as without his inspection we would have been out a lot of money on a house that needed a lot more work than we ever expected.We will absolutely be using Boyd Home Inspection for any other home inspections we need.
