Ama Spa

Ama, the Cherokee word for water, is a sacred element, intricately flowing in and out of the Appalachian way of life. The Cherokee's have a daily ritual called “going to water”,, submerging themselves in the river to wash away physical and spiritual ailments. Water is revered for its strength, vitality and wisdom.
