I took six pairs of dress pants in to be hemmed. The owner is a kind, sweet, colorful lady to say the least. As she pinned each leg of my pants, I inadvertently turned or moved and she quickly said, " stop moving! If you want your pants to be right, you can't be moving around!" Now, I'm 51 years old, but I felt like my Nan was talking to me and getting on me when I was a young man, lol. When she finished getting every pair measured, she told me take them off carefully and bring them to her. I knew it was the week before Thanksgiving and I wasn't really in a hurry for them, I asked her how long should I expect before getting my pants back? A week, two weeks? Her reply, "When I send you a text that they're ready, you can come get them." Now, this wasn't said in a mean way, just very matter-of-fact like. I thanked her and just waited for her text. Every pair of my pants was hemmed perfectly. I will use her services again. Very happy.

I have had many items hemmed at this shop as well as a concert dress altered. Each time the staff was totally professional and friendly. I won't use any other alterations.Service: Alterations

I have used Alterations Unlimited many times for minor alterations and simple mending. (I am what you might call Needle-and-Thread Challenged, lol.) I consider their prices fair, and as for the work, I have no complaints. I’ve read some of the comments by others, and I can only say that no one at AUhas been “rude” to me at any time, nor have I ever felt over-charged. I’m glad this business is not far from my home.
