She takes time to talk to me at the beginning of the appointment to talk through what I want to do and then true expectations of what my hair will most likely do (ie, how these highlights will look this time versus overtime and how we can get to my goal) I have SUPER curly hair and she does wonderful with my hair type.I appreciate the good conversation while there with her.Pricing is incredibly reasonable The environment is clean and well maintained. Easy location. I stopped and got a tea from Charlotte Hometown Nutrition and sat back and relaxed while Christa pampered me.“

I called explaining that I needed a consult on my hair.. and she got me in that week.. she took the time to look at my hair and discuss options and gave me advice. She took the time toAsk me how I felt about things as we went along. At my apt for my hair cut, she was very kind and gracious.. and continued to make sure she was doing exactly what we agreed to and even adjusted at the end when I didn’t feel comfortable with what I chose.. it was difficult getting my hair cut short.. Kathryn waxes and does laser hair removal that actually works! I've had my hair done by several different stylists, and they do not disappoint. Everyone seems to work well together and have great attitudes. They just added a masseuse, and I plan on getting on her schedule soon. I heard she is amazing!“
