Great service from the minute I walk through the front door. The receptionist had a warm smile as she greeted me. The staff in the back was cheerful, helpful, and were communicative. Dr. Bell has great bedside manners, explained everything clearly. I highly recommend Chapel Hill Dentistry. .
This was my first visit to Chapel Hill Family Dentistry as my wife and I are new to the area. I was greeted when I walked in and I only had to wait for maybe 5 minutes before being taken to a room. The dental hygienist who took care of me, Cassie, was very personable and even knew some folks I use to work with back in my hometown in Illinois. Doctor Bell was very nice as was the rest of the staff. I am very glad this dentist with such a kind staff are located right here in Chapel Hill. I highly recommend Chapel Hill Family Dentistry!
It has been awhile since I found a full staff that cares. The receptionist and front office were very helpful. They were on time with appointments, the cleaning was great, and cared about my concerns. Finally, Dr. Bell was thorough as he looked at my X-rays, he also had a sweet composition with his patient.
