They came the same day we called, were very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the problem was, then presented options about the repair. They were able to fix our central air that same day at a very reasonable rate. Thank you guys!

We had a furnace installed a year ago. We found this company to be competitively price and easy to work with. They did everything that we asked of them and did it on time with no issue. There have been no problems. I would highly recommend Rich HVAC!

Johnny Rich is the best. The air conditioner on our camper stopped working during a heat wave at the Dale Hollow Campground in July of 2017. We called several RV Dealers who refused to see us on an emergency basis. We called Johnny at Rich Heating and Cooling. He was very compassionate about our situation. He was at our campsite with his crew in about two hours. With about 30 minutes of work he had our air conditioner working. Thanks to him our trip did not have to be cut short. His fee was very reasonable.
