Our heating unit went out during an arctic freeze. We spent two miserable nights trying to stay warm. Rather than wait through the weekend, USAir managed to get our new unit installed on Friday afternoon. We are so grateful for the prompt, courteous, professional service we received. Everyone from the receptionist to the owner to the servicemen served us well. This company was recommended by our relative, and it was certainly a good recommendation.

We had to replace the HVAC at our handicapped daughter's home. The techs were on time, courteous, and did an awesome job with installation and cleanup afterward. About 2 weeks after that, we had to replace the HVAC in our home. Again, the techs did a great job with a complicated installation. We added an air cleaning system as well. I have communicated with the office on several occasions and have found them to be courteous, professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Tammy was professional, courteous, and responsive to my HVAC concerns. Kyle showed up on time, diagnosed and corrected the problems with my air conditioning quickly, and left the area without a trace that he had been working on it.
