We had a capacitor go out on our unit and he was there in no time! The next call we had the most awful racket in the utility room. He came straight over and removed a mouse trying to ride the ferris wheel🤣 Very honest on his prices and he definitely knows what he is doing!!! Wouldn’t trust another company other than this company because I know he charges the lowest price around.

Jason came right over and made it priority to check my unit, when we were having problems. He immediately ordered a new one when I needed it and worked us in, so we wouldn’t be without. He also went beyond to follow up with me. He does a great job, best prices, and very courteous!!

West Air Conditioning and Heating put in a brand new unit for our house. He did a great job installing the new unit and running a new gas line. Our electric bills are already lower due to the energy efficient unit.
