The folks at the rental side knew their stuff, helped me get the best piece of equipment for the job with a rough idea of the price (future project) and competitively priced with the national chains. A LOT of great info and helpful, may be a little bit more than other local rental places, but the Customer service (so far) has been outstanding.

Houston, Nick and Dakota at Camden TN Thompson Machinery are superb!!! Our C-15 in our Class A motorhome had a power steering and cooling fan failure on Saturday and they got us in first thing on Monday morning, torn down the pump and gear to let me know which parts we needed. We overnighted the parts and they got us back on the road Tuesday afternoon. They even serviced the engine and generator while we were there. With this great service they have earned my repeat business for my future needs. It is great when you find honest, family oriented folks to partner with to keep your equipment up and running.
