I love the Great Clips app, I make my reservation, and I have little to no wait for my haircut. They have all my information on file. And I leave with a perfect haircut every time. That makes me a happy camper. And I tip heavily for great service

Chloe gave me a great haircut. I haven't been to the Pinnacle location in years because it's on the other side of town, but I was headed to Belk's, so I stopped in & so glad I did. Thanks

I go to the Pinnacle and Tina is AWESOME! I tried years to get someone to do the cut I wanted. Tina was the only one who got it right on the first time. I will not go anywhere else.
