Called to ask a question about my taxes and they were very rude. I asked if they would be available to review my taxes and they told me that they were too busy since they were trying to finish up taxes for individuals that just now got their returns. Very unprofessional and rude.

Found this group and was thoroughly pleased. Clean friendly atmosphere and knowledgable folks. They got me right in and got things rolling right away. They even stay open later to be helpful to their clients. For sure I will be back next year. Their fees are fair and better than the other chain groups.

I have been coming here since 1991.. The service is excellent and it has always been a pleasure to deal with them. Even though I have moved away from the area, I still return here for my tax preparation every year!
