Front desk clerks were very nice, most importantly they knew how to submit insurance information. The equipment looked to be the newest and more state of the art compared to other places ive been. Seen Dr. Carlson in a timely fashion. She was very easy to talk to and she was very knowledgeable. Probably the best experience I've had at an eye dr. I'll definitely be back.
Good experience. Check in was quick. Pre-screening was thorough and necessary. Sarah Elmore does a good job with the eye exam and explaining the results. Copy of results given to customer. Would recommend this practice for optometry purposes.
